We have built a whole ecosystem around enterprise-grade GPUs. Everything, down to our platform, networking, and hardware, is optimised to provide the highest efficiency and speed at the most competitive cost for GPU cloud workloads.

No, there are no additional charges for bandwidth or data transfer. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs. All applicable costs are mentioned on our pricing page.

The GPU hour cost is calculated based on your usage. 

Hyperstack's on-demand prepaid platform bills you for each minute of use. In the case of longer-term contracts made by reservation, you will be invoiced monthly.

We process payments using Stripe; all you have to do is add your credit card details and you're set!

If you wish to cancel your account, please reach out to our Support team at support@hyperstack.cloud. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process and provide further guidance.

Absolutely. We understand the importance of managing your budget and resources effectively. To help you stay informed, we send email notifications when your account balance reaches specific thresholds: 50%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% depletion. Once your balance hits 100%, after a short grace period, your resources will be scheduled for termination, resulting in loss of access.

Once your account balance is completely drained, your resources are at risk of termination. If you fail to recharge your account within a grace period, access to your resources will be temporarily suspended. However, if you do not recharge your account within one week, your resources may be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend monitoring your account balance and promptly recharging to avoid any disruptions or data loss.
